Dreamcast is an open system much like the PC is, and it has the oldest homebrew community still active on the net.

Get a Dreamcast, so you can play Half-Life mods Paranoia and They Hunger on it!

Paranoia pushes the Dreamcast to its limits, and many people say this mod is on par graphically with Half-Life 2 source engine mods.

Lol I saw you had problems burning Half-Life to Dreamcast and just saw your message on my profile. Sorry you had to wait 10 days to get it to work.

Just so you know, the Half-Life base code is left on the cdi file and is edited with the mods content so it playes like it is a standalone full game on a Dreamcast. :)

I hardly check my profile, so sorry I didn't see you needed help earlier.

Well, you can play 3D homebrew games like Neverball and games that were ported over like Doom 1 and 2, Heretic, Hexen, Rise of the Triad, and so many games. Also, if you want to play 3000+ NES games on 1 cd, without paying millions of dollars for every individual game, then NesterDC SE is for you!

Remember, this is still a last gen console, and the graphics of Shenmue and Quake 3 Arena, and Unreal Tournament, Half-Life and Test Drive Le Mans attest to it, this system has ******* great graphics! You can still play many games online like Quake, Phantasy Star Online and many others, and these are all cross-platform with their PC versions! How many consoles you know of that can do that still? Also, you can use a Dreamcast Mouse and Keyboard with most FPS games and MMO's like Phantasy Star Online!

Best thing is, it needs no modding, and can play games from simple CDR's! Get one on Ebay, it can play games from expencive systems like Neo Geo and they work perfect and full speed! Plus, it also plays PS1 games with better graphics and at higher resolutions than even a PS2 or PS3 emulates them! Emulation is awesome!

Because the Dreamcast is a very open system, much like the PC is, and you don't have to install a mod chip to play burnt games, mods of games, or homebrew games. The Dreamcast was the first console to have homebrew, and it is still being developed for to this very day.

**** off you ****, its got no Print screen button cause the Dreamcast cant use printers or save pictures. Its on a TV screen, so that should clue you in, its a test map so chill the hell out.

Plus, this is being made for the still verry alive Dreamcast homebrew scene, and not for you, so if you don't like it don't troll ok?

Really, you should try to make this for Half Life 1 or something else that can easily be ported to a Dreamcast, man I like the models already. If that can run on PSP it can run on Dreamcast with some time to port it.

Mods only work on PC, thats why PC is the best system for gameing.Wireless 360 controller works great with this, and any PC can run that game now a days.

If your useing a pc to type this and not a PS3 then your all set to go.Buy the game cheap and install mod and all will be fine.

Ya we arent representing morbid killings of chinese in this mod, I think god that its being made by german's which are a neutral country in the subject. Therefore we will get an unbiased view of the reall war, not some "pro American" or "Pro communist" view. Its being portrayed as it should be, correct and accurate to all sides involved.

Btw, I am a Texan, and would like to see things the way they really happend.

Ha yeah, I am American, and I can speak German and Spanish, and that means I can also understand 50% of all words of Germanic and latin languages, so that means I can read from many different news sites, which is a good thing for any person to know.

If you know one of each of the 2 main European mother languages, Germanic and Latin, you can pretty much use your head and learn the sister languages fairly easy.

I have self learned German for 5 years, and I still struggle with it as it is one of the harder languages to learn grammaticaly, but it is what English comes from, so our words have simmilar sounds, even if the spelling is slightly different.

Beaver , fever, cool, mother, father , sister , friend.
Biber, fieber, k├╝hlt, mutter, vater, schwester, freund.

The list can go on for ever really. Anyway, Spanish and Portugese are really close too, and if you know Spanish, you should be able to read a lot of Portuguese stuff.

Anyway, sorry for the language lesson, just trying to tell people learning a language is not as hard as you would think, but I guess it is easier for English speakers to learn both families, becuase we use so many latin words in our Germanic language hehe.
