True. Unfortunately, there is no sniper in HL2, maybe in EP3?? And with some Gordon magic, he combines his crowbar with the sniper to craft this handy tool.
The hot-rod crossbow had a scope but that was it, still fun nailing people to the wall
Yep, if I may say so, implementing an unconventional crossbow in the game was a better idea than the ordinary sniper rifle.
