The levels are not designed to be played with characters picked from PG UP and DOWN so they bug at cutscenes. Can't do anything about that sorry.

God - God mode on (Locks finishers)
Mortal - God mode off (Unlocks Finishers)
Getallweapons - All weapons and max ammo
Coder - All weapons and infinite ammo.

? Why does that have to mean i want to add more characters? I already have vergil. I have on several occasions said i wont add dante as he has 5 games of his own already.
But to answer your question. Yes, i have in the plans of adding a new character in the near future and fixing the small bugs here and there.

Singleplayer is buggy. I planned on doing more with it than what i did, but with all the new levels etc. I didnt feel like focusing on it wich is why mona's levels dont work.
There's no way to fix the weapon dissapearing unfortunately. But i made it so you can pickup weapons. So you can have guns after using it.
Either your processor, graphic card or rams.
Could be alot of things :P Or you can try to put particles to low in options, but i think that makes the game crash before start up but i dont know.

And yes you need updates, current shots doesnt show anything good. You have new maps and all that. show something? Otherwise you're just another crappy mix mod with nothing new brought to the table.

You could have a pretty good mod in the works if you spend all your time working on it instead of trolling.

But i had trouble even fitting all characters to the character selection due to limitations of the engine.
And the levels in mp2 goes back to back, so no matter how i code the levels.txt the levels itself will go after the original level. So no matter what i write for character it will always go back the to standard coded levels. So you can only choose 1 specific :)
Every file from the RAR Package has to be putted in the Mp2 folder.
Oh sure Rockstar told you no to multiplayer.
Funny thing is rockstar havent said no to multiplayer in the gta 3 series. So why would they say no to Mp2 wich is just as old.

It has the right colors already.
On that screenshot where the enemy is dropping the AK, max is in bullet time, and the remap makes it a bit darker, that's why it looks black.
Obviously staying prone worked in mp3, as cover was an intergrated part of the game.
Mp2 doesnt do that. Here enemies will run at you and kill you. If u stay prone you'll get shot.
Also i MP3 if you've played on the hardest difficulty setting, you should know prone was useless there aswell as staying down on the ground just lead to the enemies storming and killing you or throwing grenades wich you can't get to dodge cause you have to get up first.
Also the MP1 was simply made by a longer animation, so at some point he would stand up. And it was made to match MP2's lie on floor shooting.
Even if the feature was possible in mp2, i can only see it as making you an easier target for your enemies :P
Hmm it's okay.. I still never got your point with this, just adding random stuff into an great mod.
However you rigging has improved, mostly thanks to vertex weighing i guess. But on the assault model i didnt notice anything messed up so good job there!
So if you would just put as much effort into your Punisher mod, you could have something great at hands. But i still think that's my wishful thinking :/
So far selecting other characters in normal mp2 levels will crash when a cutscene starts.
Still trying to find a work around on that problem.
ALL files from the Rar file goes into the mp2 install folder.
Models looks weird.. Focus on your Deadpool mod instead!

Also you need developers keys to change to additional skins on some models. So you need it.
Floor impacts can be done in a couple of ways. But both will have flaws that makes it look bad.
Simply by animating the shootdodges to have it, but that impact will be shown before you hit the ground if you're standing on a little higher ground when starting the shootdodge.
The other could be subanimations, but as with first one, you can't determine what frame he will land on, so you can't make the "impact" anim look good. Plus it will be a bitch to make the game recognize when you landing on side, back, chest, etc.

And i'm confused about neo's lobby kick, since all 3 kicks connects here. However some slight ghosting might occure but he still hits.
