If scripted through MaxEd2, something similar is probably possible.
In Payne Effects 3, you could cover behind things. But it was just a pose, not as complex as Cover systems in OTS games.

I think the answer is probably no to all questions.
Cars and boxes are leve items placed in the map through the editor. Once the level is exported there's no way to open it. So you can't edit existing level stuff. Unfortunately.
Changing all models or texture for NPC's is alot of work. Silver has given higher res textures to the models that makes sense. Max, mona and vlad. Models you see up close several time.
And just No for the shootdodge part. It's a while back, but i think i've answered a question like this before going in debt with it.
He also had a working silenced pistol in Payne Effects. However it doesnt work for the attachments. As the attachments are only cosmetic. So sounds can't be changed on the fly.
It's safe to say you probably wont have it this week or the next :)

That's how it is ;) Though i would recommend not commenting on this matter again, as the people your referring too, have started chaos for alot less :) You know fake mods and profiles etc, harrassing silver's good name and mods.
Try just hittin tab in the console with nothing written. At some point some letters like "gsfrd" or something like that will pop up wich are the cheats. I suggest you write them down as you find them ;)

At the moment it's around 2,01 GB unpacked, compressed with WinRAR at maximum ratio it's around 916 MB.
DISCLAIMER: Since it's still unfinished the size of the final mod could vary.
What kind of framerate can this run with? Seeing the ceiling has been completely modeled instead of just using a texture for the details, i can imagine this being very hard on your system.
Anyway it's looking really good. And with lighting added it can look amazing :)

Try to remove KFE_Levels.ras from your mp2 folder. I can see it's my files from KFE that ruins this. However i don't know why. They shouldnt interfere at all.
Or maybe you have a KFE extracted date folder in your mp2 install? If so just rename it to data1 or something.
It would only delay the release even further, as he would take time off from making the mod.
It loads the last Quick save as far as i know.

I dont know what the problem is.
All files, mp2m, ras and folders goes to the max payne 2 folder, start the game and it works.
Bugs for OTS goes to the OTS mod page not here. Also there wont be any OTS in Payne Evolution :)

This guy looks more like Mark Wahlberg's Max Payne look.
Wich is cool and all, but not very fitting in this mod :)

The only thing different is they stumble longer backwards, otherwise they are alot like the mp2 damage animations.
Dont know exactly why they are greyed out.
However try to use pe3 or anyother mod with a level selector and finish the last level on hardest difficulty. and then load up kfe afterwards again. Not sure if this works.
Rename or remove it.
Stop reacting to his posts. Simple as that.
You need to render it. "Send level" renders lights. "Send level (Vol)" Render lights so characters are affected by it aswell. So the first one is probably more of a test.
