Whats the difference between major and minor settlements. You cant build anything in the minor settlements so what is the point in taking them?

you have to put the mods folder into the installation folder after you install.

I do not know, but I love RAW so I am sure it will be fantastic

you are not. The mod dev has definitely slowed down but 1.2 looks good.

also make sure you put the mod(downloaded folder)into the game folder
