Do I even have to explain about their support? Wait 1.5 weeks for them to send a tech hell no.
Anyways lightning smth near my house and caused us to lose access to internet, tv, and telephone services. Family got incredibly mad at poopcast and demanded to send a tech. Anyways the support rep said they would send one in(did not specify the date). After 2 days no one came yeah im sure you can predict where this is going.
