Alright, I really hate to be mean but this is probably the worst designed, unbalanced and unfair MMO, if not video game, I have ever played. But I know this is just a beta, I love Fallout (classics) and this has a huge amount of potential, if you would only make it a little easier on beginners.

I've been playing for like 30+ minutes now, here's my experience.

-Created a character, works pretty well, no complaints.

-Went to the hub, had no idea whatsoever on what I was supposed to do

-Went out to the world map, met a group of about 15 creatures fighting each other, tried joining the fight, just missed, then they stopped fighting each other and started hitting me, I went from about 30hp to 7 in a couple of seconds so I ran

-Started wandering around the hub again

-Went out again, met another group of creatures, had the same experience, no damage inflicted.

-Searched for some sort of guide to tell me how I can *actually* start the game. Found nothing.

-Went out a couple of more times, exact same experience, the last time I just thought "**** it" and let the wolves eat me, lost all my gear.

I played for 30 minutes without inflicting a single point of damage or gaining any items at all... I don't know how you can expect the majority of people to stick with the game if they're having similar experiences to the ones I had the first two times.

Now I'm done with the mean stuff, now it's on to the simple suggestions.

-Instanced beginner cave with a tutorial quest and some creatures, introducing you to combat and allowing you to find some items. Player should reach level 2 and have some weapons by the end of it. The quest would end with dialogue telling players where to start; where to find quests, how to get items, where to barter.

-A linked personal storage chest in every city and in the area where the player respawns

-I looked in like 20 containers and only found one which had items, please make like 90% of containers have items.

Fantastic work man, I tried version .13 months ago and when I tried .181 now I could really see a lot of improvement, I LOVE how the terrain doesn't look like a bunch of pyramids and how the textures don't "shake" when you move towards them (like in '96). I just have a few questions/comments:

1)I've started modelling for the "Daggerfall in full 3D" project (I've made 11 models so far). I was just wondering, how hard would it be to replace the sprites/old models with better ones and do you plan on supporting that?

2)About the "texture" project; how do I download these textures and how do I install them? (or are they not released yet?)

3)In the future will you be implementing the fan-made mods (i.e. the menu video replacement, texture project, music project) into the release or will those be downloaded separately?

4) I think it would be really cool to have an achievement system in the future.

Anyway, fantastic work so far, hope you get the dungeons working soon :P

Great game, although I have to say the textures are far from "photorealistic" but I realize that this is for the PSP's 32mb ram so I wasn't really expecting anything better.

You need to clarify your answer a little bit better, are you saying yes to "This needs HL2" or "Like if you have Left 4 Dead or Episode two would it run on those."

Anyway, you need ONE of these games in order to play the mod (this is pretty much any game using Source):

HL2: Episode 2
HL2: Episode 1
HL2: Deathmatch

I was actually thinking about making it not require GTS (if I can) since GTS really doesn't do much for the mod, there are no random encounters at sea etc.

The wasteland area is going to be "really big" haven't finished it yet so can't provide accurate info :P
