We keep getting a big bunch of snow 1 week, then have it totally melt the next up here in Vancouver. It sucks because you never know what you have to prepare for on the roads. I wish it would just stay for a month or so D':

How about you stop for a second and realize people have different values then yourself? How to you call us trolls when we keep our discussion in our own group, yet people like yourself go out of your way in an attempt to harass us?

Also we try and moderate for things like you listed there, and they are promptly deleted, which of course depends on context.

Great stuff! I feel like the only one who doesn't mind the name change. Regardless it IS the content that matters, and the name alone lets newcomers have an idea of what they are getting into.

Definitely one of the most anticipated games this year for me!

Popular games and 1 well supported game don't make a company untouchable.

I have no problem that they released L4D2, but in the manner that they did. Boycotting the game does not mean that all of us boycott the company as well.

Grown ups don't call people trolls. We handled this as any consumer should. We have to believe a game is worth our money to warrant a purchase of said game. This time we didn't see it that way.

I haven't done much with the colour just yet, at least not until the environment has some colour going. The model has been updated quite as well, although you can only see one change in this shot.

Looks AWESOME! The current test speed reminds me of Legend of Zelda OoT haha. Probably the best night and day cycle I've seen on this engine!

Graphically i must criticize the the guns texture. It seems to shine a LOT (Far more then any gun should), even tho the texture seems to make it look old and battered. The texture feels a tad plain to me as well.

The second thing is the vehicle. It looks quite low detail, although we don't get much of a look at it, and the shader didn't seem right for a vehicle.

This is just early critic so take it as you will. I LOVE where this mod is going! Can't wait to see more!

It really doesn't matter what a game costs, it's about the principle, and as rocket said, most just don't want it or care anymore. You don't just boycott a game because it's out of your budget.

You could try to give it to me for free and I wouldn't play it. I was disappointed in the first and I dare not live through the same disappointment again.

MANY considered MW2 to be just an expansion. I for one stopped buying CoD games long ago, in place of some real shooters that don't feel like arcade games.

@Admiral Just a game? We spend our hard earned money on these games. If you don't know "why this boycott" then you must have not existed on the internet until this year.

@NinjaBunny The game releasing doesn't mean a boycott failed (See > what a boycott is). The only way a boycott can fail is for the entirety of it to all buy the game. In this case there are still many that haven't and won't, like those you see here on MODDB.

The light is actually coming from the other side. I was thinking of edging him closer so it hits his face, then darkening his side a bit more. I only brightened it cause the ****** monitors at the school were super dark D:

You would be surprised at how low poly this actually is lol. Especially if I cover or get rid of most of the engine area :P

The way I'm managing the lights is proving more difficult then its worth in that room. I had a simpler idea that would not only look better but render better too.

The sun roof was a nice touch...

Maybe I'll post his pose later, because he is currently pulling the bolt back on his sniper.

I think I'm going to scrap the room int he distance for something easier to manage with final gathering.
