they need to be setup more in a random cluster ratio scatterd and randomised. this just looks static and laid out by man it needs to look more natural
I'd personally go for the second it looks more life like and it meets more with the tiberian theme. the top one looks lifeless dull and blotchy the second one looks more real, more alive and more active.

My bad, Sorry dude most of us from TSR/TD former and current have been getting fed up with malicious spamming from trolls. My Apologies for jumping the gun and again apologies for the late reply as I have not been in the country.
I know nothing about these mods? I used to work for both of them, Im just saying what there current state is yes the infantry models are done as shown above but they are yet to be incorporated into their build.
Tiberian Sun Rising & Tiberian Dawn are not done at all there are a lot of things still missing such as Infantry units etc.
Thats actually quite funny, I used to work for Tiberian Dawn and I don't ever recall you being on that team.
The Skilless and Talentless are always the ones to judge first and critique others work. Yet the funny thing is they havent got a god damn clue on what has to be done in order to make a Mod/Total Conversion or Indie game.

I'm not sure whether this is my place to say this or not, But over the last 9 months of working with this Team I have decided to leave the TSR development team with no intention or thoughts of returning in the future. A fellow Dev team member Bibber also felt this way and has followed suit, Yggdrasil is the current managing Director for TSR but Assassin the original creator of TSR known at CnC-Source has been swaying in and out of contact with the development team and has failed to keep his promises of assuming control of the project. I have been tirelessly waiting for SVN access to resources to continue my work with the team and on every turn have not received the access needed which hinderd my work load severely. I after 6 months of waiting got fed up with this and decided not the continue. This project has so much potential and a lot of time work and effort has been put into this project and it would be a shame to waste it. On another note I am personally fed up of the political shitstorm that occurs here and the mistreatment or direspectful comments towards my former colleagues, You guys have to realise that this project was done in our own available time, All of us have real life jobs and issues to work through and at times its not easy to focus development soley on the project because of this.
I do not know whats currently going on behind the scenes on the team, But if they say they will continue with the project then they will. Just give the team some respect and stop demanding anything from them and the updates will come. You guys preassurising the team puts a huge dent in the morale and some of us have got to the point of "why should we bother?"
I don't want to see any more distasteful comments on here in regards to the TSR team if it continues and the team decides to pull the plug on the project then you only have the trolls and immature people to blame.

I am the same, And if you look at it even though star trek supposidly rebooted (for lack of a better term) they did and amazing job keeping true to TOS but with an Alternate Time Line. I treat both seperately but I am more than pleased to consider Star Trek - Movie I believe to be XI in the Star Trek Movie franchise and I also believe it deserves to be recognised as a True Star Trek film.

The cannon on the Tick Tank was actually smaller than most conventional turrets, This was due to it being both light in armor to suit Nod's Hit and run tactics as well as its transformation mechanism which shifts the turret to a rear mount when it buries most of its chassis acting as a field turret.

Jeffman12, I was merely stating that we are still working on this total conversion in all aspects needed, However Life comes first.
I also stated that we are not paid to develope this and we do so in our own time of our own free will. People telling us to release already etc etc is not going to push us to develope faster.
What I can say is that we all input something on a daily basis. One of us if not a few of us are always working on this T/C to try and get it completed in due course. I assure you that we are doing the best we can to ensure the best quality when it comes to a first release.
Just be patient.
Im guessing no, Colosseum was 3D Arena Battles this is taking the gameboy versions of the game (Gen 1) red & blue as far as i can tell and giving them a full 3d world and 3rd person gameplay. Feel free to correct me if im wrong.
The release will come when it is ready and not before. Please be patient, We have our own live's to lead besides developing this Total Conversion.
People should be patient as we are not paid to do this total conversion, we do it of our own free will and in our own time. Just be glad that we are not releasing a half arsed version of this total conversion just to suit peoples demands and wants for a release. We are doing this as a hobby, We are not a multi-million $/Euro or £ Game Developement Company who is out to get your money.

I believe that the only reason they have failed to release anything at this point is because they have real lives, jobs, school and families and obviously they come first. I also think they have the majority of this mod completed and is mostly down to animation and coding that needs to be finished.

Do you plan to recreate every cabin, corridor, engine etc on the titanic before you finished developing this mod or only select areas to save on the FPS rates?

If you are using the Tiberium Font which I gather you are do not type it in caps just type it out normally this will fix the letters from being bigger or smaller than the others.
I was actually just asking a question it is not down to a matter of desire, however a DICE built game engine if moddable is always better than an outdated EA developed game engine. Also Sage has run its time and its nice to see C&C (if you can really call it that) being released in a newer modern game engine. Graphics are the last thing in which im concerned about, Gameplay, Strategy, Balance and Functionality as well as fun factor with out the OTT ******** stupidity factor (i.e RA 2 - RA 3 TW and TT) also if by any chance you guys decided to move to a newer engine the mod will have a longer life and quite possibly a wider fan base as many of the original C&C fans (the true core community) no longer play neither support any C&C franchise. However many people back and play and enjoy dice games.
Any chances that you may port from sage engine to frostbite 2 engine? i.e from C&C 3 to Generals 2
