And thank YOU, everybody, for giving us the chance to become a finalist in this year's MOTY awards.
Of course there'll be an official "Thank you" following, but for now suffice to say we're extremely happy and looking forward to PHASE II of the MOTY contest. :)

Deleted first reply to comment - stupid typos, tend to happen past 3 am. Sorry. :)
we haven't been using any kind of color correction in any of the screenshots :). Only the wallpapers and desktop themes had heavy photoshop work on them, obviously. Other than that... no CC! :D
Lovin' it all the way... as long as there's gonna be more, it'll define new standards.
yeah, we haven't had too much time yet to work on nice overlays, decals etc. to make the areas below the ground look as gritty and realistic as those above.
But the idea was to give you an impression of the overall architecture and style those stations are going to get. :)
Scaring is our business!!!
We just thought it'd be a good idea to prepare all of you for the breathtaking twists & turns of the story before risking any medical conditions and lawsuits... ;).
Thanks for the positive feedback, I can assure you all that we're working 24/7 to get the framework for this game constructed as soon as humanly possible.
no, it has absolutely nothing to do with the documentary.
Zeitgeist is a German word describing the spirit of an era, and it's a leanword in many other languages. Which is why we thought it to be both fitting to the game & story, and comprehendable for many players.
Lol, quite the effect we were aiming at :).
In fact, we're just going down to the London Underground, as explained in the news post ;-).
We'll probably keep on hiding a few surprises like this one in upcoming news posts, so you better get a cardio diagram made and keep the defibrilator near your comp :D.
Oh I'm all confident it will be... soon...... ;-)
Along with the latest news? :)
The first article is from PC ACTION, the second one from PC GAMES. :)
may I remind you - Zeitgeist has a very fictional timeline, so everything is possible ;).
Although we're trying to focus the story on the glorious and glamorous moments of those days, not on the catastrophes and disasters ;P.
Yep, Jonko is correct :).
Although Zeitgeist won't turn into a Hack 'n Slay orgy, you can still expect some very decent combat in it. Hints on how the story plays out will come in the next months, since we're still working on all aspects of the game, including the story.
Can't mention it often enough - "serious" development really only started about twelve weeks ago! :D
Hi and thanks :),
first of, we're asking a small favour specifically of our German commenters: since your questions may interest people from every nation, could you try to post english comments and questions only?
If your english skills are too limited, you can send us a private message at any time and we'll translate your question for you.
So, back on topic. We're working very, very hard on it, so the least we can expect is good looks, right? :D
For now, we're set in EP1, which has mostly technical reasons. On the long run, a change to OB engine isn't unlikely.
Hoy, na hoffen wirs mal :D.
Danke für das gute Freedback.
the game will be kept in english to assure that everybody can enjoy it.
thanks for the comments and also a big thank you! to all the watchers :).
Let's try to keep it all english so everybody can follow the discussion ;).
The name describes the scenario very well per definition, that's why I chose it. Also, it's used in many languages as a loanword.
thanks :) no worries, it won't die. The whole project is very well organized and we've been working for more than a year only on preparations... ;).
Details on the team will be available next month - by then we'll be starting to fill up all the vacant positions.
I'll keep this page up to date as good as I can, although I'll have to finish a few other projects in the coming weeks.

Simple screenshot - no pimping whatsoever. (HL2, EP1)
