You've reached the profile of AK151. How you wandered upon this profile, I do not know, and I sincerely apologize for your misfortune. Should you decide to stay and have a look around, you'll find writing (some decent, but most pretty bad), (mostly) failed experiments, and perhaps some music. You may also happen across some fo-Star Wars stuff, much of which I keep around as a lesson to myself in how to avoid being embarrassingly over-the-top and ridiculous. It exists primarily for the currently ongoing Star Wars role-playing group (yes, there is a somewhat-thriving Star Wars RP here, believe it or not). Anyways, enjoy your stay, have a nice day, and, as always, have fun!

Report RSS Star Wars: Origins- Part 2

Everything here is a figment of my imagination and will conflict with cannon at several points. I took a GREAT DEAL of liberties with this story, along with the rest of my Star Wars fan-fics, even going so far as to adding a new race and a few new planets, along with changing the history of the Mandalorians during the Clone Wars (if you are actually happy with the pacifistic Mandalorians in the Clone Wars TV show, I might just find you and shoot you my self... don't quote me on that, I don't have a lawyer). Hopefully technicalities and un-realism will be overlooked in these stories, they're only for entertainment. That being said, enjoy, and tell me what you think. Previous parts are on previous blog posts.

Aaron advanced down the hallway. Since he boarded the ship, he hadn't encountered anyone, and he was on high alert. He checked his corners, constantly making sure that he had enough room to swing his lightsaber. He finally walked into what looked like the bridge of the ship. It looked like the cockpit of a freighter, with only a few seats, showing that the crew that manned the ship was very small.

“Means that they must have some sort of on-board computer,” Aaron concluded. He saw a lone man at the helm of the vessel, with metal, battle-worn armor. The pirate was facing Aaron, with a hold-out pistol aimed at Aaron's head.

“You've been a lot more trouble than the average merchant,” the pirate leader said.

“Maybe that's because I'm not the average merchant,” Aaron replied.

“No. You're some sort of fighter pilot, also experienced in zero-gravity combat.”

“Alright, so you aren't blind. So sad.”

“You're not in the position to joke,” the pirate growled, “without your ship, you're useless. And do you know what I do to useless people, especially ones that kill the rest of my troops?”

“Give them a hug?” Aaron goaded.

“That's it. Say goodnight,” and the pirate fired. The blaster bolt hit Aaron's helmet head on, but the trooper was unfazed. “What?” and the pirate fired another shot, this time dodged.

“I'm not a merchant. You should be a lot more cautious, pirate, because you just landed yourself a fully-trained and fully-equipped Kayburrian shock trooper,” Aaron finally let out. The pirate's eyes widened for a brief moment before he fired off more shots, which were either absorbed by the nano-weave armor or dodged. “You know something else?” Aaron goaded. “Your armors a bit loose.”

“Wha-” and the pirate was silenced. Aaron lifted his arm, and the pirate levitated off of the ground. “Jedi?!” the pirate exclaimed, all of a sudden losing all appearances of composure.

“No. Not Jedi.”

“No! Not... a Sith?”

“Not that either.”

“Then what are you?”

“Your end,” and Aaron began squeezing his hand shut. The pirate gasped as his armor began to crush in on itself. “I've been wondering why a few of our merchant ships have been disappearing. You know, I had friends on those ships,” Aaron growled. Squeezing his hand tighter, he recited an epitaph that he used frequently for his dead enemies, “May the world forget you. May the force forgive you,” and the pirate died, his bones and organs crushed by his own armor. Using the force, Aaron plucked from the mangled corpse and armor a list of commands, learned about when the Jedi invaded the mind of his enemy and learning of his frequent amnesia. The list showed command overrides for the ship AI, and it also showed a shipping manifest. Aaron grinned. If worse came to worse, the items on the ship would come in great handy. He entered the override codes into the ship's computer, and he ran a system diagnostic.

“Computer, list vital information about this ship, the fighter in the docking bay, and armaments of both.”

“This vessel was created on Corellia for Novun Tarrek, currently deceased due to unscheduled armor refitting,” at this Aaron allowed himself a slight grin, “this vessel was registered as the Shadow Wing, and boasted a number of advanced systems, including prototype laser cannons and shields. This vessel is also equipped with a prototype ablative coating that refracts incoming light rays, rendering the ship invisible to the naked eye.”

“A cloak?” Aaron queried, suspicious, as not many starships were equipped with a full cloaking generator.

“Correct. To complement this, this vessel is also equipped with stealth systems that mask thermal emissions at impulse speeds. Warning, entering speeds faster than light will disrupt the stealth systems and render the ship visible to scanners.”

“What can you tell me about the engines?”

“The engines are state-of-the-art models, prototypes with immense power.”

“Prototypes? Are they stable?” Aaron asked, recalling a time where he converted an unstable fusion engine into a massive bomb to destroy an enemy outpost.

“The engines have been pushed to their absolute limits. They are very stable, and it would take deliberate action to overload them or cause a critical system failure of them.”

“Good. Speed?”

“This ship is outfitted with four pairs of P-S4 ion engines. This allows for great sublight velocities. The vessel is also equipped with several maneuvering jets for greater agility. This vessel is also equipped with a class 0.5 hyperspace engine.”

Aaron's eyes widened. It was nearly impossible to get military grade ion engines, let alone four pairs, but it was even harder to obtain a military grade class one hyperdrive and modify it to equal a class 0.5, which weren't officially constructed. Whoever this bastard was, he had some powerful friends and a hell of a lot of money, Aaron thought. To the computer, he said, “What are the armaments of this ship?”

“This vessel is equipped with four swiveling beam turrets that each provide a 180 degree view of the ship, ten automated swiveling anti-fighter laser cannons, six forward-facing fighter-class proton torpedo launchers, two forward facing mass accelerators, and four anti-fighter homing missiles.”

“This isn't a smuggling ship. It's a warship,” Aaron realized, “what about the fighter.”

“The starfighter registered as the Star Talon is a prototype design. The four “talons” are made of extremely durable Drakkar ramming armor, which allows the talons to be used as kinetic impact weapons without any lasting damage. And talons have several rivets in their armor, acting as bards which allow stabbing attacks which can catch exposed wiring of other ships and cause significant damage. The fighter is extremely stable, with several maneuvering thrusters allowing for maximum mobility. It is equipped with two pairs of P-S4 ion engines, which allows for extreme maneuverability. Also equipped is a class 1 hyperdrive system. The armor of the Star Talon consists of durasteel and cortosis weave. The Star Talon is equipped with four modular weapon systems, one for each talon. These weapon systems consisted of laser cannons, homing missiles, proton torpedoes, and mass accelerators. Both the Star Talon and the Shadow Wing are equipped with miniature”factories” of sorts which manufacture the material ammunition at the rate it is used, allowing for almost infinite weapon usage. The central section of the Star Talon is equipped with a larger variant of the Z-6 rotary energy cannon, with a much larger damage output. The Star Talon and Shadow Wing can both operate at maximum efficiency in the atmosphere. The Star Talon can serve as an assault walker if need be, and there is an emergency eject that explosively launches the pilot out of the fighter. Also, the Star Talon is equipped with a radio-receiver, allowing for complete remote control.”

“By the force! Military grade weapons? Cortosis-durasteel hull? Drakkar ramming armor? How many credits did it cost to make these things?”

“Two hundred and seventy million credits.”

“You could commission a fleet for that much!”

“Novun Tarrek wanted a discreet pirating operation.”

“Well, he sure did a good job with the ships.”

“Incoming subspace transmission.”

“Transmission? Can you determine the nature of the transmission and the source?”

“Nature: automated distress beacon with pre-recorded message. Source: Vermillion Station, Kayburr System.”

“On screen. NOW!” Aaron was immediately worried. Vermillion Station was one of the strongest constructs build by his people, and crewed by some of the best people he knew. If they were in trouble, nothing good was ahead.

The viewscreen changed to the face of a young looking, sandy haired woman, with a small scar on her cheek. Her blue eyes were flushed with worry. It was Aaron's little sister, Katie, leader of the Kayburr military and navy, answering only to Aaron himself. The message started out with her mid-sentence, her voice distraught and lined with something resembling a cross of hysteria and desperation, as if she knew it was her final hour. Her eyes showed a sense of despair the likes of which Aaron had never seen before.

“-an anyone here us this is Vermillion Station! We are under attack! Most of the crew are dead... weapon systems gone, shields completely destroyed! They're boarding us, they're coming in all over the place! Can anyone here us? Korvos's... rigged the fusion reactor to blow but I don't know how much damage it'll do. We've tried to evacuate... but the ships... they never made it out of the hanger. They're bombarding the planet with some kind of missile... it's ignoring the surface and drilling right through. I think... the missiles are gonna detonate at the core... goddammit! They're on board... coming in from every direction... Korvos and the security squad... trying to hold out until... the reactor... but I don't know how much longer it'll last... goddammit can anyone here us, this is Vermillion Station! We've come under- oh god. They're coning around for another run... switch to external cameras.”

The view switched to a swath of fighters and a massive capital ship similar in design to a Star Destroyer, but much more intimidating and much older. On it's flanks were several corvettes, and Aaron could see shuttles getting destroyed as they left. Massive missiles were launching from the capital ship, aimed at the planet below. The screen flashed back to Katie's face.

“Oh god. They've got weapons lock. Here it comes! Here it comes!” Katie's arms covered her face in a futile gesture of protection as the screen flashed white, accompanied by the screams of Katie as the station was destroyed. The screen switched to static. Aaron sat there, for a few moments, tears almost brimming over the loss of his sister and some of his closest friends. After a few moments, he spoke to the AI in a forced, but hushed and muted voice.

“Set course for Kayburr. Best... speed.”

“Course plotted, engaging warp drive.”

“Katie,” Aaron spoke, before turning his rage filled eyes to the view screen. He re-winded the video to the shots of the capital ship. He spoke no words, but he pulled out his lightsaber and drove the bladed hilt deep into the bridge of the capital ship, damaging the view screen. He spoke a mere two words: “I'm coming.”

It you noticed, he used force crush on the pirate, so he's obviously not a Jedi. And, as a little hint, his lineage is dark sided. Hehehe.

Yay! :P. Dark side is easier to write btw cause you don`t have to respect rules and stuff. Plus you get to write awesome bits bout them using their force powers to do basicaly anything depending on how powerful he is ^^

His power will be showcased later, and much later will come an explanation as to why his power is so great. And it will be a surprise, I assure you.
