I have to be honest, the lightning bolts look a tad tacky, I personally have no clue how to spin a design for a vortigaunt den, but I'm not a huge fan of this one. Thanks for the work though.

This would be perfect if the T-rex was peeking through walls and fences to try to snatch you or something, or pursuing you down an alley etc.

Love the gun on the wall. Maybe a little office trash bin in the right corner? A few medals/ribbons in an open display case would nicely complement that picture perhaps.

Nice. Looks like a very security oriented booth. I half expect to see some sort of sport channel playing on one of those screens and a half eaten donought on the desk.
I think the atmosphere in this particular section will rely alot on the light cast from the screen.

Ya in order to balance the gameplay it looks like the snipers should have to go fixed, the RPG's should be either slightly less accurate/greater cooldown or maybe even a max killcap per shot, striders should only take rpg damage, and grenade damage/spread needs a bit of toning down. That, and resources should come slower. But its looking great so far. Oh and the hunters and vortigaunts could be a little more powerful, maybe?

Good luck with all that. Don't worry, most mod developers rarely have their mods at the top of their to-do list. Just remember, sometimes you don't realize how much you enjoy doing something in till you start working on it and you realize you can't stop when you are in the middle of it.

Try maybe putting a border thats more like the white band on the right between the ceiling and wall in this picture: Exorbit-art.de Just maybe fool around with something like that? In anycase it's better with the concrete border up there than nothing.

Awesome mod. I was wondering, I never see a model replacement for guns and ect. in stalker, is it not possible to replace models? If it is possible the first thing that should be done is have the external bolt thingamajigger thing on the right side of the ak's.

It would be great if perks was just an option, cause frankly it feels a little too phony for something otherwise so original/legit. Maybe you could have a ticker box in the options so you can keep this seperate from difficulty or aforementioned hardcore mode.

Have you considered making a singleplayer for this? You are doing your own thing, which is fine, but it's just a suggestion that I think many people have. I know it's hard to make a good singleplayer mod (not that making a multiplayer one is exactly easy either) but I am sure people would really appreciate it. I mean it would just feel so complete with a campaign. Additionally, if people refrained from downloading this under the fear that others didn't, and that there weren't many servers, would have a good reason to download it anyway and your multiplayer community would only expand.
If you have m107 for other factions it might be nice to have a KSVK for russians. Awesome selection though!

Happy new years guys! I have a suggestion, could you please include the widescreen fix in your game, much like the unofficial 2.02 patch does? With the resolution selectable from the launch menu. Just a thought.

This is an awesome mod! Don't be depressed about the mod of the year results. Once you reach a certain point in development I am sure this will rocket up the rankings. My only 'complaint' is that it would be nice if you merged the mod pages together to make it easier to follow.

Will the Chinooks be able to land in water? I think they can in real life. Of course its really a minor thing, just think it could be cool.

This is hot stuff, I look forward to this, as sharks have always been an underrated fear factor. But PLEASE have decent bot support, that would turn this mod from something amazing to something spectacular.
The design in this mod is amazing! I really look forward to this being released. My only peeve is that the corner darkening doesn't extend to the bottom row and leftmost column of pixels.
Snarl the upper lip line near the back of the jaw and bring it back down on the front. Prop up the frontal nose area a bit and bring up the eye ridges a little higher. Shorten the exposed jaw muscle a bit. Jut-out the sides of the hip muscles a bit more to the sides. Lengthen the tail and thicken it slightly. Darken the skin and shift it slightley to the olive drab-ish kind of spectrum.

Then again youve done a great job avoiding all that blockyness over large stretches of terrain that source tends to produce, so im not exactly heart broken.
Hmm, I love the vibe of the environment, but some of the terrain formation looks a tad blocky (which is hard to evade in source) but overall you have both meh thumbs.
This is great stuff guys. I would really recommend looking into displacment mapping, as illustrated in this pic of the 'dear esther' mod for source: Media.moddb.com
It would really help bring out the uniquness of star wars planets, especially in places like Tatooine, Dagobah, Hoth, Geonosis, ect. I dont know, it could just be that i have a big stiffy for displacment mapping, but I would be really interested to see this implemented in the maps you work so hard to make. It could REALLY pay off.
