Go to character screen > statistics (lower left corner) and click export character. Then start a new game and name your character the (exact) same as the old one you just exported. Then go to character > statistics and import character. Done.
Here's the changelog:
But basically this is mostly bug fixes - and Freelancer has been added.
It's not save game compatible with 1.38.
Version 1.39 has now been released and is ready for download.
You can disable morale loss of not resting in 'camp' > 'mod options'. Note we will shortly release version 1.39 and it's not save game compatible with 1.38.
You must make sure to use the correct version of Brytenwalda to install Imperium Romanum upon.
See this page for installation instructions:
That's a bug. It is actually possible though.
Then please try and download from this mirror:
Did you download from here or at mbrepository? There have been issues with repository.
I suggest reinstalling (download from here) and making sure you have Warband v. 1.143.
Please try downloading from one of these mirrors:
The plan is to add Freelancer later. Can't say when.
No word on that yet. But a patch is planned.
Strange. I myself downloaded 1.38 from here and it worked fine.
You can try one of these mirrors instead:
The mod is still 'heavy' and requires a good PC, but several bugs are fixed and for some the mod runs better now (with 1.38)
No, it only works with Warband 1.143. Using 1.134 will cause bugs.
It is. Choose the download that says BRYTENWALDA 1.38.
What should be updated?
This is the graphic mod pack prepared for easy installation:
It's very easy to get low honour. For example leave the dead to rot after a battle.
Try downloading again. It should work now. I had no problems.
It's a complete conversion, only single player.
Not much of native is left.
It does take very long yes, but only when starting a new game. Loading a saved game takes seconds. Although 15 min. is a long time. It takes 2 min. for me, but depends on your PC.
Please see this thread with advice on crashes:
You only have about 2 GB RAM, so especially changing buffer size is a good idea.
But read all 5 solutions. It can make it work.
Building a lair requires some renown. Not much though, so it won't take long. Then there's an option to build a lair. It costs 20,000. You can garrison troops and prisoners, and hire some staff.
It's for Warband 1.143
If you have the serial key you can download Warband and use the key to activate it.
Yes, it's more stable. But still requires a good PC to run. Not sure what you mean by the ambush. Should that not happen?
No, Motte and Bailey castles were introduced by the Normans (after year 1066). It's a promontory fort by the sea in Scotland: Dunnottar (called Duin Foither in the mod).
No, it's actually an Irish fort. Small as some of them were.
Thank you for that bug report.
We plan to add Freelancer in a later version, making sure no bugs go with it.
Most crashes are caused by low performance or lack of RAM.
