Sorry but I give it a -1 because the mod is damaged.
When I go into the Rules and shut off the Shroud the game won't start and the screen stays black.
Every C&C game and mod in history allows you to modify to have the shroud on or off...this mod is the first that doesn't work if you shut it off.
No cursor shows up in DELTA,OMEGA or YPSILON so you can't select anything.
Tried the Fallout NE version and cursor does show up but you can't zoom out very far and only gives a topdown view.
Selecting CORE does bring back the cursor but you still get the same NE camera angle.
I got a better game experience by just setting the camera angle in WB.
Reason I gave it a 1 was because the rating slider would not allow me to go any lower.
Only thing that actually worked was deleting the mod from my system.
