Once you have SL, you don't really have to anything else. Ive been a member for a decade, and although, i do dabble in other worlds online, I am very much, a happy SL person.
I was a paid member for about 2 months, back in the early 00's (pronounced "ought's") but since then i have had a free account only, and my time there.... basically pays me.
Anyway.... I think that almost every comment you see about SL, is more than likely from the heart, and the true feelings of the poster.
