This one is obviously more influenced by canon while still giving it a more stylized feel.
I don't think Shipbreakers will be moddable for the most part since they said something about being always online. I am, however, anticipating the HD remake of HW2 and will take full advantage of that when the time comes. Most likely the same tech in HW2 HD will be in HW: Shipbreakers.
Ah I wasn't aware that Sins cast dynamic unit shadows.
It's been a bumpy ride all the way but support from the fans is what keeps us (me specifically) driven to the cause. I just wish more people would heed the call but HW2 modding is pretty much dead these days.
Probably about the same as the current Prowler. They can lay infinite mines since that value isn't changeable, but how many mines appear on screen will be the same so if you don't lay your mines properly, you'll just have them disappear.
Oh I know how to animate the actual graphic since ours is animated as well, but I meant making the ship go into it. Is this like the STC mod script?

Well in canon 2 Longswords can easily dispatch quite a few Seraphs. I mean a Longsword dwarfs the Seraph and depending on the ammunition (50mm, 100mm, etc.) it wouldn't be much. The Sabre has a lower caliber bullet and seems to do just fine one on one.
Ah well that's great to hear because I have tons of sphere maps from the Celestia Motherlode (great site btw for planet textures) and the sphere-cube converters barely ever work properly.
A Seraph is half the size of a Longsword, and while they do have shields (in canon) two Longswords are near balanced to three Seraphs. It just depends who out maneuvers who.

Sorry I can't. I can however tell you that the Covenant now have most of their roles filled for a bare bones release. I just have to crack my knuckles and try my hand at coding again.

Is this a sphere map or cube map? If it is a cube map, how do you go about custom making them?
Is the .big file in the Data folder with the HW2.big file?
