Ever since I was young I was creating art. Back then I wasn't pushing and pulling verts but more or less creating crafts out of coffee cans and clothes pins. I can remember playing my first video game that struck a chord deep inside. I remember how engaged I was within the story. How I felt, I was right there next to the character. He was not a pixel on the screen, he was real. Ever since then I wanted to work in games. More importantly I wanted to be apart of a studio that cared about it's story. Games that are all blood and explosions mean nothing to me. It does not matter how amazing something looks. If it does not grab the player in a deep way likes movies do I believe the game has failed.
