Awesome Mod. It's so much fun to destroy the enemy ships, while in a gunship with 5 other guys.

you have to put the Fortress directory in the Quake dir(Quake\Fortress), now start Quake with the parameters: -game Fortress

This game isn't bad, but its very hard to play the game as a beginner.
I joined a server and i died very often. Maybe i have to play it a bit longer :)

I think Warsow is a better Q3 replacement, but this game is good too.
