Hi there,
As far as I'm aware there isn't a mod which chronicles the Star Wars series, or even one in development. However I by no means know every mod out there, and I'd recommend asking in the forums if people know of what you're after.

Most Star Wars mods get shut down due to Lucas Arts forcing them to.
