Where there's a blog, there's a rant. Hello, folks. For those who remember, I did used to be a manager here, but I've stepped down from that position due to the lack of time required to run a site. None the less, I'll keep popping in now and again to let you all know what I'm up to.

I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do. The staff, including myself, poured in as much help as we could provide, and Scott made it happen. Mod DB is a constantly evolving community that has to meet new requirements as it grows. As such, many new features were implemented to fill them, including added tools and support for gaming consoles as well as PC.

Anyway, today's a short blog. There's no need for me to go on and I have a desperate need for sleep. Start here and experience the rest.

Ex-Staff

Established Nov 10, 2007 With 20 members, invitation only official group

This group is for the former staff of Mod DB, who for reasons wide and varied are no longer part of the team.

Inside the Page

Established Nov 13, 2007 With 16 members, open to all members development & publishing group

A group about Web Design & Development. Ask and Learn everything related to web design and development.

Old Timers

Established Nov 09, 2007 With 60 members, must apply to join official group

For all the old skool modders that have stuck by Mod DB from v1 to v4. A lot has changed as over the years as the site moved from a dark v1 to a bright...

Senior Members

Established Nov 11, 2007 With 11 members, invitation only other group

Senior members are members of the modDB community held in highesteem for their contributions to the site or their work on the staff.

v4 Bug Hunters

Established Nov 10, 2007 With 27 members, invitation only other group

Everybody who's helped us squash bugs during the v4 beta and the first few days after launch.

I agree. It seems with my old CRT, I'd basically throw it anywhere I wanted, dropping it from a couple feet onto the table without worry, because I knew how tough it was built.

Then, I snatched my 19" LCD, and it's like a newborn baby. Very, very delicate with however I handle it. :P
