Make a mod profile.
For that, you need a homepage.
In the mod profile you can put a help request for a coder.
No idea about tutorials for that. Look for tutorials in the dedicated section of Moddb, and/or 3d modeling sites as 3dtotal.com
Im not you "go-to" guy when it comes to modding.
Also, if you dont have a coder for this, you are done for. Find one immediately if you want to get anywhere. Or learn to code yourself.
