One thing that bothered me though was that the NPC at 00:21 didn't seem to notice your headlamp's light at all and just walked straight into you. Was the NPC awareness turned off or is there no way to make them notice you when they see your lamp's light? (it's been a VERY long time since I played CoP so I don't remember how the AI behaved in situations like this)

I meant guessing as in relying on the feeling of how heavy the item feels in your hands -the player character should be able to at least do that instead of having no info at all about the item's weight. This is especially important for weapons because the same two weapons with one having parts made out of different(lighter) materials can have significantly different weights. But IMHO not knowing the exact weight would just be annoying and wouldn't add anything special to the game

I think the exact weight is just there to help manage the load limit and help in assessing the weight/value ratio when you're over encumbered and have to throw some things out. And not knowing the weight at all wouldn't make any sense because in real life you can roughly guess an item's weight when you hold it in your hands

I didn't say they should add more features, what I meant was that they should polish up the ones they've added so far. And you finding a bug/glitch that the devs know is still in doesn't help "perfect" the mod in any way.

As always: take your time, release it when you truly feel the 2.0 is ready; push the release a bit further if needed- it will be better in the long run. No one wants to play a buggy mod. I'm certain that those willing to play the mod as it is right now will later, when the first amazement has worn off, regret it and wish they had waited just a bit longer.

I've been holding myself back from playing CoP ever since I finished my first playthrough in October of 2009. I promised myself to play it again once a truly awesome mod(s) is out. And I'm pretty sure that mod will be MISERY 2.0
