You need experience with Scaleform/Actionscript/Flash. You will be responsible for making HUDs and UIs. Also, you will be paid in royalty. We are a 60 Man Development Team, and we all have a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. It would help if you have experience with CryENGINE 3, but not needed. Also, you will be working with experienced developers from games like SOCOM 4, Portal 2, Gears of War, and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
