Hello!

I am Jens. I am co-founder of Storyyeller Games, a game studio from Germany. We are currently working on a Point and Click Adventure with a strong focus on an emotional story and meaningful player choices. The game is set in a shattered world consisting of flying islands inhabited by various cultures. The player will travel through some of these islands to ultimately end up in the earth core; deciding the fate of humanity and himself. I strongly believe that we created an awesome story and I cannot wait to share it with you and the world!

We are looking to extend our team with two more artists. The game is 2.5D, so we have 2D backgrounds combined with 3D characters. We are looking for:

-A 3D Character Modeller / Rigger: you will be in charge of modelling and rigging the characters used in our game. We are looking to use motion capture data for the animations.

-A strong 2D Artist: you will help the other artists by concepting and composing the screens in our world, as well as creating all sorts of assets and concept art.

We value all kinds of creative input from each of our team members. This is indie development, each team member is a huge part of the final game.

This is a remote position, communication via Skype, Trello and some other channels. We are working in Unity, experience with this is a plus but as long as we can use your files, it doesn't matter which programs you use. The game is targeting nearly all mayor platforms so you will have a huge new entry in your portfolio

Note that you will be paid in revenue shares - we all are. We have an internal system for this based on hours worked, this will apply for you as well.

If you want to work with us, send me an email with some work samples (more is always better), a CV and some lines why you want to work with us, which games you like etc.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!
