[The Project]
To the point:
It is a FPS/TPS (First Person Shooter/Third Person Shooter) game - the player can choose to play in any view at any time.
The game has many unique features such as the weapons, the reloading, and even the movement and animations of it all differs from games today, with a interesting theme and match styles that keep every minute of a round fair and fun.
This project is under a Confidentiality, therefore, not very much detail can be published about the game. If you have specific questions, please email me.

[What We Need]
We currently need to re-organize starting with the priority roles, being: Leaders, Programmers, 2D Artists, and 3D Artists as TOP MOST important. After these roles have been filled, the other roles will be opened.

Please remember this is NOT a paid role.

[The Responsibilities]
Managers - General mangers will need to manage all groups of the team with the other managers, making sure work is issued out to every member, worked on, completed, and completed correctly. They will need to issue and approve work.
- Group managers will need to make sure that the group(s) they are managing are getting work completed on time, and get daily updates from every member of the group, and providing that information to the general managers.

Programmers - Only General role of programming, this is covering everything (regardless of your skill level in each), they will need to work with the physics, and basic functions as well as light scripting, and networking for servers and data collection. Remember you will be working with 2D graphics and menus as well as 3D graphics most of the time.

Artists - Most roles of art is designing rough sketches of the concepts that may be done in detail for actual creation, such as the characters, and the weapons, and maps, including any attributes for these -- like boxes/crates, rocks, etc that may be around a map, other items on maps, weapon attachments such as silencers and scopes, and clothing wears such as bullet proof vests, smoke grenades, and other fighting equipment. This will be the majority of all art required, however also be ready to attempt any other kinds of art that may not be related to those 3.

Modelers/Animators - You will have to create all interactive and visible objects, such as the rocks and boxes and crates and other items that may be seen on maps, weapons, and their attachments, characters and their clothing, and possibly setting up scenes -- these will not be interacted with directly, but may be converted to a 2D image for backgrounds. Animators may need to make most of these objects move in some way, from reloading, to being able to interact with the world.

[The Requirements]
- English speaking (must be able to understand, read, type, and speak the English language fluently enough to be understood. You DO NOT need to be from England or places alike)
- Strong Skype communication (Must have Skype and have a strong connection and access to it at all times)
- Strong internet connection (Must be able to actually be online every day)
