3HE is currently looking for 4 people to help with a survival game.
an animator
Javascript/C# programmer
3d modeler(buildings, people, weapons)
concept artist
YOU WILL BE PAID, once the game is released everyone will get 10% of what the game makes at launch and will be paid monthly for game sells. The rest of the money will go towards expanding the company and getting better equipment. You WILL HAVE to stay until the game is complete. If you leave after the game is launched(and you did your part) you'll still get paid because you've earned it. I would like to make DLC's and Sequels for the game if it does well(Sells good and people like it). If all goes well I would like to continue making games, and so forth.

What do I do for this game?
I work with the ideas, I manage with the sells, I do the terrain/place models/scripts/etc. I manage the company. I don't get paid any more than the people working with me
Is there a time limit?
Once we get everyone and sort out the details(if everyone likes what I have) them I would like a 12-24 month development time, 3 months for alpha, 3 months for beta, and then 2-3 weeks time from end of beta to launch.
