Flag Designer for a Civilization IV BTS Mod job

We here at Commonwealth Modders are looking for someone who's experianced in making working flags for civilizations, for a World War One mod.

It's not needed that you're able to program it in, as we can handle that, we just need the flags.

A few requierments:

.You make the flags asked of you, with the resorces provided. (If not good enough, simply ask for what else you need.)
.Don't mind being part of a project that is a long way off from completion.
.Make it clear if you're willing to help above and beyond the flags, or just them. Either one is fine, but we need to know what you're expecting.

Remember, this is a vollenteer job, and as such we can only ask of you.

The mod is a WWI based mod, as mentioned, and the goal is to build a detailed and realistic mod for Civilization IV.

Work scheduals are light and flexable, and flags aren't in a massive demand. If we need something, I'll tend to give you a good notice, a day at the most, unless exteremly pressed for time; even then I'll tell you what we need, provide what we want it to look like, give you a time we need it by, (about a day or more depending on your schedual and ours,) and leave it with you.
