The talented modeler and the animator for creation of technically difficult models of the human character is necessary. It is extremely desirable to finalize the character as specially Unity Asset (FBX + animations (for mecanim and legacy indeed) + textures).
You should simulate anatomic right models of the character together with clothes and to create animations for character and clothes.
The character will be playable in my following project in a genre of the psychological adventure/thriller, "KREDO: The Wolf Soul".
Apparently, 3 models of the same character in different states are required: boy, werewolf and angel.
The character should interact with the clothes (to remove/dress a hood and so on) therefore animation of clothes has to be well done.
Animations have to be classical (run, walking, etc.) + a little non-standard. Possibly, the model of the werewolf demands wool creation (wool on ears, cheeks, etc.).
Offer the prices. I will be glad to consider any options.
