"Butt Book" Character Artist job

Hey guys, I'm Eric, art director for the Lightning Pudding Squad, we're looking for a hard working and creative artist to design and compose character sketches for our new planned visual novel project "The Butt Book"

As we are still a young team and this is our first game as the Lightning Pudding Squad we are mainly looking for someone who is able to commit to the team as a whole.

More information will be provided about the game on admission to the team. However it will a manga/anime style visual novel game, so if you're into anime and like drawing anime/mange style characters, this is a perfect job for you.

Requirements---

*You must be able to complete all tasks you are given. (this includes sketching, inking, and digital painting.

*You must have a basic understanding of human anatomy and character design.

*You must have a graphics tablet for digital painting.

*You must be able to communicate with the team frequently and constructively. That includes partaking in discussions, providing feedback to other members, and attending meetings as much as possible.
(We use discord gamer chat to communicate).

*Be able to complete a small skill evaluation before admission to make sure you are able to accomplish tasks you are given.

Responsibilities---

*Creating finished high quality character art. Characters will need to be drawn and digitally painted in various positions and angles and with various facial expressions.

*Reading and understanding the project's script and Game Design Document.

*Communicating and interacting with team members.
