About the project:
Project Mittens (TBC) is a Point and Click Adventure about two bumbling heroes - a goofy child prodigy and his wry, anthropomorphised cat - who develop a home-made time machine to travel back to win the love of the most popular girl in school. Of course, not all goes to plan, and our two protagonists must find a way to fix the mistakes they’re about to make.
Duties:
To create and develop early concept art for environments mentioned in the story.
To develop these concepts within a consistent cartoon art style.
To feedback regularly with your ideas.
Person Specification:
Skilled artist who is comfortable with numerous forms of cartoon illustration.
Proficient in a suitable art package such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
A healthy imagination to bring ideas and concepts to life.
A love of videogames.
Self-motivated.
Exceptional communication skills.
This position is ideal for a student or hobbyist artist looking to take their first steps developing content for a narrative-based video game.
I am but one man with a vision and no budget, and you'll be joining this project at a very early stage, but a payment based on a percentage of the final sales will be arranged.
