Zeppelin Lovers Group

This group is dedicated to everyone interested in the time when the skies were still blessed with the presence of these magnificent dirigibles, commonly known as zeppelins. Created in the late 19th century, these grand airships coasted the skies, serving a variety of purposes ranging from commercial flight across oceans, to polar exploration, to the bombing of Britain in the First World War. Unfortunately, these days, the glory days of the zeppelins in the 1920s-30s are long past, but we should never forget the era when these incredible craft were still seen regularly in the skies.
