Wireframe is a group for mappers that are either learning to map for any game or are already experienced mappers where we all throw in our helping hand to watch each others backs as well as keeping our motivation and creativity to the max.
This clan is run by Mapster (Weeblinator) where I have been mapping ever since Duke Nukem 3D came out which was years and years ago. I'm not the best mapper in the world, but i do try my best at my architectural and gameplay mapping.
Anyone is welcome to join Wireframe, all is welcome if you wish to join and chat or ask a few questions to either myself or another member.

We were all noobs once!

I maybe can help with coding. I can't prove that I'm a good coder anyways, that's because I've never had an uppertunity. I not the best, but can do some little coding jobs :D. And maybe I can get more skilled with coding little things.

Greet from Noodles, and don't die

Thanks for the old old OLD offer, but we need more experienced coders in the field of npcs than anything else.

Mapping since DukeNukem3D eh?

Speaking of, I wouldn't mind using the space bar to create Vertices in brushes again.

Didn't know you could add vertices to brushes using spacebar. Although i haven't mapped using the old engine for years.

Amazing video mate.
I was amazed by the light effects and so. My biggest problem when i map is the damn light and shadows, i cant get it right. If you have any suggestions on how i can do lightning or know what i do wrong please tell.
I'm a big fan now, even tho i became a fan 5 seconds ago. ^^

Lighting is something you really need to experiment with. Although ideas would be to keep light dim at around 200 in cramped areas and have the light facing in a direction if the room is low or have it facing down when the ceiling is high.
