WWRROD is a group which was created to show the need (or even necessity) of giving real rates to games. What is the real rate? It is a detailed rate with all pros and cons considered before choosing the number from 1-10 range. It is also great if review is provided. It is way too frequent to see rates like 10/10 with a commentary like 'I had great fun!!' or without any review at all. This is not what we want. We want honest rating for games. If you liked the game but it wasn't perfect to you, don't hestitate to give it solid 8. If you hated the game but you can objectively tell, that it has some good points, use a honest 3. While giving rating you should be precise. If you like the game or do not like it at all, explain why. It will be good for developers, cause they will receive decent feedback, and also for other gamers who will gain better information if game is worth playing, or not. We Want Real Rating On Desura!

Short explanation of necessity of giving honest, precise rating to games.

How many times you tried new game on Desura and found it horribly awful? Got really surprised, cause it was rated: 7/10, 8/10 or something like that.

This wouldn't happen if people rated the game according to their gaming conscience. But they do not. They think that they can rate a game 10/10 when they like it and 1/10 when they do not. It is pretty annoying and it should to be changed. This is why WWRROD group was created.

The good way for rating games is considering all its advantages and disadvantages, thinking about:
- graphics
- music
- sounds
- plot
- gameplay
- level of fun reached while playing
- unique/fun features

And taking the mean from these elements.

It is important to give right rating to games from two reasons. The first one I mentioned before. By seeing real rating we can judge is the game worth playing or not. We can save others from wasting time by playing bad games (and receive the same in return).

The second reason is also very important. By pointing at bad elements of the game we are helping developers in improving the game. It is a simple feedback rule which also gives to us a profit in return - we can get better games this way.

Don't forget to rate games you already played!
