If you can't shoot him, at least someone fire Matt Ward already!!!
They won't; Matt Ward is making so many codices that everyone has to get an updated edition, therefore the board of directors are quite happy with the money and don't care about the consumer until something isn't making a profit... say, Warhammer Fantasy Battles.
In other words, shooting him or cutting off his hands are the only way to solve it.
Why not both?
Because we need him to live on in shame of what horrible atrocities he's committed in the 40k world
