that's some good wood work there, needs a little more paint on the bolter and lasgun if ya ask me.
Nothing nerdy about having a non-lethal collection of 40k wargear, sir. I would gladly trade my bike for that Blood Angels Bolter: it needs two more (thin) coats of Retributor Gold paint, and a finish of sheen, yes; but I'll take it as-is still.

If I wanted something REALLY killworthy, I would go for Eldar weaponry. At least their guns don't jam mid-salvo, just because "mistah Machine Spirit" of said weapon was not satisfied with my battle canticles...
If that's the case, a Dark Eldar blaster would suit you just fine. It's basically a more lightweight and slightly weaker rapid-firing version of the dark lance which allows you to shoot while running but it's still extremely lethal for it's size, capable of cutting through nearly any armor regardless of it's thickness or composition.
It's hilarious that a weapon so small outperforms the lascannon in all areas other than range, but that's why the guard spams them after all.
