For being a bridge of a ship, there's a very apparent lack of people.
From what I recall in Void Stalker Talos is having a vision of Ruven talking to him, which would explain the apparent lack of people as Ruven is talking to Talos and Talos alone.
I didn't read the book, thanks for the explanation.
You should, the Night Lords Series is a damn good read.
