So why call it a stalker...?
[probably because its not suited for normal line of sight combat therefore its probably going to be just one of those support or siege type of units that you hold back in a safe spot ... least that's how id use it.
That thing has -almost- enough dakka...
Could use a bolt-on weapon option though - I seriosuly see it getting mauled in melee combat where the Stormcannons aren't worth squ- I mean, jack (whew, nearly committed a heresy there... XP). I'm sure they coudl find space for a couple of storm bolters at least...
Nothing stops you from wasting points on a pintle-mount.
Finally something that looks half decent. This must be the only new ish model that i like from the new GW series.
