Armor does look kind of chaosy *but* he also has an Aquila on his chestplate.
This git needs to pick a side for zog's sake :I
The color scheme seems to suggest that he is of the Emperor's Children and that he is using the Aquila as a symbol of mockery.
But I am not completely sure about this.
Or a renegade Astartes who has has only just made his first step down THAT path, & has yet to fully abjure the Emperial creed (kinda like a former believer not sure what to believe anymore, lost in the agnostic phase for the moment, right before going atheist then antitheist etc.)
a lot of them just dont have any any other options...
