yep, Luna Wolves should be loyalist, 'cause they repainted their armour back to white after betrayal, from Sons of Horus green, if I remember correctly ?
No, not exactly. According to the lore, every Luna Wolf repainted his armor to light-green before the Isstvan. Maybe, only Iacton Cruze was the one who didn't. And of course, after being virus bombed and besieged, no any loyal Wolf had any time or chance to repaint his armor back. So here the artist was little incorrect. Besides, loyal Luna Wolves were fighting in the catacombs and ruins of the city. While loyal Death Guard was fighting in the trenches with the "cover" of Dies Irae from behind.
So here is the conclusion: traitorous Sons of Horus fighting remnants of the loyalist Death Guard with traitorous Dies Irae smashig them from behind.
