Viar'la?! What it this? Some sort of high-skilled, high-ranked Tau warrior? Honestly, I don't think it will take much more to kill a guardsman in 40k than it would take to kill a man IRL. So.. fat chance for those IGs lol!
How is that in any way relevant? It's stated quite clearly in the fluff that tau suck in cqc. The fact that you managed to kill a couple of space elves with lucky rolls proves nothing.
Strengh doesnt mean ****. Ive seen a 12 year old who was faster not stronger beat down a 19 year old. A truly skilled fighter doesnt need to be the strongest or fastest, but one that fights to his strengths, and uses his enemys weaknesses against said enemy
Its vior'la so its possible.

Considering Tau bodybuilders are physically equivalent to human teens, keep dreaming.
Vior'la is a Tau sept, like the Ta'u (generic Tau, go figure)
Clearly shopped.
No Tau would survive in such close quarters with a sword.
That's why he probably stabed the corpse of guardsman and then said: "Hey! I killed human in close combat!".
I killed dark eldar warriors in cqc with fire warriors so shut your pie hole.
