He may after all be the most powerful daemon prince. Not only is he a primarch prince, his most ferverent of worsjip probably gains him massive support from the gods and entities of the warp themselves. Only maybe Magnus' superior psychic power may rival him, but he rarely gets involved in the great games, only when Tzeencth sees fit to play his best cards, and Angron's brute force is easily waylayed by a little tinkering of events.
