guess not. a commissar wouldnt attack imperial fists.
But he's got the hat and all.
a hat 'n' all doesnt make someone a commissar. might be any other sort of heretic.

So what EXACTLY am I looking at here?
A 2 headed dinosaur being ridden by a man in a hat? Whilst a space marine drags away a comical bond villain?
This was a training, commissar was trying to see if he can control the rex and marines helped him. I saw it somewhere, not sure if its this group or some other forum on the internet.
uhm are these cartoon tv series?
