Do not worry about it. This is a regionally-oriented humor, only for the visitors from France and Italy (over 30-35 years) and visitors from the former Soviet Union.
I didn't get it either...
Litle explanation needed I guess, fantomas is an old series of french movies where the recurent bad guy is (you guessed it) fantomas an uncatchable thief, sometimes murderer, and a master of deguise, when is not impersonating somebody else he is wearing that blue mask even when impersonating someone he is wearing that mask under an other mask
Just google 'Fantomas' ant it'll get clear to you =) That's some random epicness!
