I read those giant monsters have like 200mm frontal RHA

It doesn't have enough penetrative power to do so.
Yeah but RHA is a standard we apply to steel, Baneblades are armoured with plasteel or adamantium I dunno, point is the standards don't apply. Plus rule of cool.
