That Catachan could probably just look at him to death
This can go two ways.
The thug gets a taste of Imperial justice....or the thug is actually a catachan and kicks the other guardsman and gets away with it.
red head band, dog tags, imperial belt buckle.
he's a Catachan alright, Elysian gonna get the **** beat out of him.
I assume there's a drunken bar fight going on, and the Elysian is about to turn it more serious.
