what's flan?(for real i dunno what flan is)
Going from the picture it looks like pudding.
I think I've seen it before...
It also sounds French.......
Does the phrase "Puddi Puddi" ring any bells?
Flan is a custard, it's kind of like a creme brulee without the hard sugary crust.

i think its leche flan here in our country but im not that sure
