Uh... i know... this is kinda unfair... but... yea....
The Emperor can make suns explode with his mind. So no contest.
1 look at the emperor and you see your own doom in his eyes if you get that far
Even with all Siths from entire Galaxy I would not call it "versus" but slaughter.

Damn this is a tough one. I love both WH40k and SW but here its not about what i love... They both have great skills/weapons/attacks. But still i think Sith would win.
The Emperor is the most human psyker ever existed, he had existed for dozens of millennium and he is a god in everything but name.
Yeah, I am going to say that the Emperor would win.
The Emperor would just stare at the sith lord. than the sith lord would explode because the god-like psy power of the Emperor.
It would be the same if the sith lord fights against Malcador the Sigillite.
Oh snap, don't even bring in Malcador the Sigillite.
why not? He is the mightiest Psionic after the Emperor and the first Lord of Terra.
I know, that's why I said to not bring him in. The Emperor AND Malcador the Sigillite? Come on, overkill much?
Even the Exterminatus is overkill but often used in Warhammer 40k.
The "Battle of Istvaan III" was an overkill too.
The Empire of mankind defeats always its enemies with overkill attacks. It´s normal in this universe. "the Battle of Istvaan III" and the happenings in DoW 2 Retribution are the best examples i know.
Hmm, I think the one Sith Lord who ate entire planets could fight the emperor. But that'd be the only one, and since the fluff on the Sith Lord is sketchy (Darth Sidius or something was his name) I'm not sure what the outcome would be. Probably the Emperor.
Even the gods of chaos feared the Emperor while he was alive. And no servant of chaos would dare face them. That speaks for itself.

Let me bring up the same argument I always like to use for psykers vs Jedi/Sith. Only this time, I went to the Star Wars wiki page on the Force to prove myself before making this assumption.
To use the force, one has to open up their mind to the world around them and use that power to pull crazy magic stuff. Especially the ones who believed in Living Force or followed the Light side, but we're talking about Sith here, so that doesn't matter as much. The Dark side, as I have just read, still requires [malicious] thoughts towards every living thing, and broadcasting these thoughts still leaves their mind open.
However, to be a psyker, and also to defend from a psyker, one must keep their mind very shut and hidden to keep it away from the dangers of the Warp, other psykers, etc.
The fact that a Jedi/Sith has to keep their mind open to use their powers, even though it's not all the time and they might have it only open just enough so that they could use the force, is their downfall, as no psyker could miss that opportunity to explode their mind. Especially not an extremely powerful one, such as the Emperor, who could probably break through any mental defenses a Sith/Jedi could raise anyway.
This is why, usually, psykers will win against their force-wielding Star Wars counterparts. If you have a crappy/meh psyker, he won't win against a Sith, but this is the GOD-EMPEROR we're talking about.
