40k MODS ideas Thread - Warhammer 40K Fan Group

this thread is all about giving out mod ideas to make awesome mods or to help active modders get inspirations for there mods and to keep mods as close to the codexes as possible so massage ur modders friends to come to this thread-of course after we added a good amount of ideas-and as for my idea is to make a battle fleet gothic mod for sins of solar empire

With some help, I would be able to start working on Battlefleet Gothic mod for Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. Whole my team is working on Stargate and B5 mod for Nexus right now but with one or two modelers and some scripter we would be able to start W40k right away.

I have read about a battlefleet gothic mod for HW2, but it seems that this mod is in stasis for , I don't know, 3 year... looked pretty awesome anyway...

Personally i think a 40K for EAW would be rly legen ... wait for it... dary!!! i know that there is at least one modproject working on that, but i would like to see a 40k mod using the mechanics of the AotR-mod involving space- AND groundunits!

Sins of a Solar Empire battlefleet gothic
(it should be called "Sins of a Gothic Empire")

unfortunately, last time i checked the mod is in very SLOW development

(but its not dead, go to the last page in their sins 40k forum, the most recent!)

look at the "Sins of a Gothic Empire: Imperial Navy trailer"
and the info on it, there BE A LINK

someone is making a battlefleet gothic mod for starcraft, which surprisingly can be a pretty fun Ship to Ship battle game
they already got some pretty sick SC2 space battle mods

someone should really REMAKE A FREAKING BATTLEFIELD 2 40K MOD!!
like they were... and not abandon it after so much is done...
