Hey everyone!
I have a quick question regarding my first game I'm currently developing. It's a free "fan made" game from another game (don't want to give it away just yet ;P) but its a game with a lot of fan art and things based off of it.
If I make it fully free, and acknowledge the original makers and repeatedly say that I have nothing to do with it, am I allowed to upload it here onto IndieDB? Or would it rather count as a mod? (doesnt require the original game to run)

Even if you 'say that you have nothing to do with it' you usually need to get permission if you are using the name.

Usually just drag and drop for the models, as for the textures, just import to your texture folder(or wherever you store your textures). Unity is actually very easy for everything. Also very Blender friendly, although I sugest Maya for Models.
