Story elements, new soundtrack, PAX booth info, and art tease.

This week will end our 4th and final Sprint for getting the pre-alpha demo together for PAX East and things are really coming together. Everyone is crazy busy putting all the finishing touches together but I am really excited to see how things are progressing and can’t wait to show of the game very soon! Of course, there is still quite a bit of work to get it where we want it for a full release but with the wonderful individuals we have working on this project and everyones support I know we will get there.

The Kickstarter page is nearly ready. We are finishing up a few images and the video but we are planning to launch on April 10th. We will also be putting the pre-alpha demo out within a few days of the Kickstarter.

Just a reminder we WILL be at PAX East and we would love for you to stop by and say hi and check out the game. Some of our good friends have built is some really nice display stands and we will have a huge post-apocalyptic banner so it should be hard to miss us. We will be at booth #199 where you can check out Zpocalypse: Survival and all of our physical products including the Zpocalypse board game which we have based the digital title on.

To finish off this Sprint we have the last audio track from our wonderful friends over at Serial Lab Studios. This is the night time track.

While we are at PAX and through the Kickstarter our updates may be a little delayed but we will continue to do our best to keep everyone here updated on any big news with the game as it comes along!

Chris has been putting in some crazy hours to get everything ready for PAX East and the release of our pre-alpha demo. The great news is all of his hard work has really been paying off. We had a solid bases for the game before but over the last week we have added some extra story elements that give quite a bit more life to the demo.

One of the other pieces that I feel added a lot was getting in some floating text so that you knew a little more in depth what was happening with your character, when you were scavenging things, when you were taking damage and more.

Additionally, he has been working to stomp any bugs, which luckily, are reasonably few and polishing up some of the base systems to ensure everything is running smoothly. I hope everyone is looking forward to checking out the demo as much as we are looking forward to get it out to everyone.

Here we are again with not a lot to show as far as new art with our art folks working hard on getting things together for the Kickstarter and PAX. As such I will put up another tease for something you will be seeing soon.
